Announcing a two part beginner knitting class! On May 12 at 2pm and May 20 at 3:30pm local artist and crafter Becca Nelson will be leading you through the steps to learn how to knit. The best part? You’re not learning how to knit a dish cloth like I did - Becca is going to teach you how to knit a super cute hat! You will learn how to cast on, how to knit and purl, and how to decrease your rows to complete your hat. You will leave the class with a brand new hat and equipped the most common knitting stitches so you can go on to keep knitting on your own!
The class will be in two parts and we will send you home with tutorial videos to reference so you don’t get stuck on a step when you leave class. The cost for the two-part class is $55 and includes your yarn and a stitch marker; $65 includes yarn, stitch marker, and needles. If you wish to purchase needles on your own or borrow from a friend, you will need a set of 16” size 15 circular needles.

Please note that refunds are not given for this class, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend if you are unable to make it.
