We are so excited about this class! We are teaming up with the Harbor Springs Farmer’s Market and Marcy Duran to teach you how to purchase and ferment veggies! Come to Gather on August 22 at 10:30am to learn all about the history, health benefits, and how to ferment veggies!
We will start out at Gather learning about what veggies work well for fermentation and how to select them. Then we will go down to the Farmer’s Market and select the veggies you want to ferment and then come back to the studio to put the veggies in jars and get them started in the fermenting process! This is going to be a super fun class! All materials are provided, but you will shop for your own vegetables.
