Owner and cheese maker at Boss Mouse Cheese, Sue Kurta is coming to Gather on March 10 at 1pm to take us step-by-step through the process of making mozzarella cheese. Then you will learn cheese braiding, marinating, how to make burratta (mozz stuffed with ricotta), and dry smoking! Sue shows you the tools and techniques you'll need to be successful and walks you through the cheese making process from production to plate. A lively and fun hands-on class, we will discuss cheese history as well as any and all things cheese.
